High-quality eye care using up-to-date treatments and techniques.

Are you a new patient? Please be sure to follow a few steps before your appointment. These steps include:

#1

Personal Identity Card
  • Availability of personal identity card (like a driver’s license or social security number) and an insurance card. If you wear contact lenses or eyeglasses, then make sure to bring them with you. Also, ensure to bring the latest prescription for contacts or eyeglasses. You have to fill our new patient information form online when booking an appointment. If you wish to walk-in at our facility, then be prepared to fill that form on your arrival.

#2

Bring Someone
  • Make sure to bring someone with you when you’re visiting our facility and need to be dilated. It’s because your vision will blur for some time as a result of dilation and you may face difficulty while driving back home. Eyes dilation is a necessary part of an eye examination to visually check the backside of eyes.

#3

Optos
  • Our eye care facility also offers a special exam option termed as ‘Optos’ that will capture the image of the backside of an eye without any negative consequences of dilation. This option is good for all those persons who can’t bring someone for help during eye examination and dilation.
